Our aim is to provide appropriate advice and support for people and families that are affected by a life-limiting illness, and for healthcare professionals. The information below focuses on helping health professionals, health workers and community colleagues who support and care for those with a life limiting illness to provide the best care for patients who may be at home, in hospital or in residential care.

Perhaps because of misconceptions as to how a hospice can help, we are often not contacted early in a person’s illness. But the sooner we are contacted, the more we can help you support your patients and their whānau.

If you’re unsure which services may best suit your patient, please contact us and we would be happy to discuss more about our services with you via email on hospice.marlborough@mht.org.nz or via phone on (03) 578 9492.
