A background in health care and education, Carole was previously Director of NMIT Marlborough and is a competent communicator with a strong ability to engage through meaningful dialogue to understand and respond to needs. Carole is also self-motivated, with a calm demeanor and sincere work ethic.
Primarily people orientated, she ensures team and individual development, builds resilience, and operates a transparent and fair trust culture and is fervent about proactively contributing to the Marlborough region.
