Born and raised in Christchurch and Canterbury Phil has spent his working life in sales, marketing, operations and general management, business ownership and recently, commercial insurance.
Having lived in and around Marlborough since 1987, he is committed to giving back to the community that has given so much over the last 30 years.
For eight years he was a Trustee of the Bone Marrow Cancer Trust and Ranui House in Christchurch. Currently he is a committee member of Renwick Smart & Connected and a Trustee of the Marlborough Festival and Events Trust. In 2020 he became a Trustee of The Marlborough Hospice Trust, taking up the role of Chairperson in November 2020.
